For more than 40 years, Action has been manufacturing top quality footwear from men casuals to formals, daily wear to sports wear, elegant collection for ladies to fun- range for kids and has pioneered the concept of ‘Complete Family Footwear’. Today, Action is one of the largest shoe manufacturer in the country with a wide network of more than 50,000 retail outlets and 300 distributors all over India.

1985: Founded 
1986: Received ISO: 9001:2000 certification 
1986: Conferred ‘The National Industrial Development Award’ by Honorable President of India, Shri Giani Zail Singh Ji 
1998: Received 'Highest Taxpayer Award' 

2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009: Awarded by 'The Council for Leather Exports', Chennai’ for ‘Commendable Export Performance' for Leather and Non-Leather footwear
2019: Start manufacturing of surgical face-masks (3 Ply and 5 layers N95) in a fully automated airconditioned plant with UV filteration. Also manufacture face-shields and sanitizers.
2021: Installed 'Clean-Room' facility according to 'Indian Government Norms' at pharma manufacturing division
2022: Start Manufacturing IV Cannula
